英文契約書の完全合意条項（Entire Agreement）について

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto pertaining to the subject matter hereof, fully supersedes any and all prior agreements or understandings between the parties hereto pertaining to the subject matter hereof.
和訳：
本契約書は両当事者間の完全な合意を構成するものとし、従前の関連する合意または了解事項より優先する。

一般的な例：
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement, together with all the Exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, constitutes the entire, final, complete and exclusive agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes all previous agreements, communications and/or representations, written or oral, with respect to the subject matter hereof.
